Bokhilda

Here’s an illustration from a few years ago, and as soon as I figure out what to put on the right hand side of the page I’ll be able to finish it. Where’s a puffin dream house mood board when we need one?

Anyway, Bokhilda (Bookhilda) is an aforementioned puffin (Lunnefågel or Lunne-bird in English) who loves to read and pretend to be her favorite characters. On the wall are portraits of her as Princess Lunneleia and Pippi Lunnestrump. I’m not sure what she’s reading now, but it looks a little fishy.

And for the record, she’s sitting in a bathtub chair which really did used to be a thing.
